Compliance with the Company's safety, health, and environmental guidelines and practices is one area of accountability which will be used in evaluating employee, contract consultant, and contractor performance.

To ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations, Global X-Ray & Testing Corporation will provide training programs based on job requirements and exposure to hazards.
